HOW DOES A SELLER RECEIVE PAYMENT?
Seller must sign up for a STRIPE account and link to their Seller account. Payments are automatically withdrawn from Buyer's payment method, upon shipment of the item that has been purchased. Funds will be released from Buyer to Seller once tracking info is provided.
CAN I SELL NON-WRESTLING RELATED ITEMS ON WRESTLING 4 SALE?
NO! All non-wrestling related items posted to the website will be deleted.
WHY IS MY ITEM VISIBLE IN THE MARKETPLACE, AFTER IT ALREADY SOLD?
When listing an item, a message will appear below "Message to show on checkout" - That message reads: "Do you wish for this item to automatically delete after it sells?" You must click "Yes" in order for the item to disappear from the marketplace, once the item is sold.
WHAT PERCENT OF THE SALE DOES THE WEBSITE TAKE?
The website takes a fee of 13% on every sale. STRIPE, the payment processor, takes an additional 2.5% on each item. Please factor these fees into your list price.
CAN I PURCHASE ON WRESTLING4SALE.COM WITHOUT A STRIPE ACCOUNT?
YES! STRIPE is only necessary to have if you plan on selling on wrestling4sale.com. STRIPE automatically deducts website fees and ensures that sellers get paid and buyers are protected in the event of fraudulent activity by a seller.
I HAVE SIGNED UP, BUT I CANNOT POST MY ITEMS...
Once a seller has signed up for wrestling4sale.com, seller must wait for admin to approve the user. Please allow up to 3 hours for approval. If you need immediate approval as a seller. Please contact @wrestling4sale via Instagram - direct message or email email@example.com.
PO BOX ADDRESS IS NOT WORKING...
Unfortunately, PO Box Addresses are not possible to use by Buyers or Sellers. Our shipping system runs on google, which does not recognize PO Box addresses. As a buyer, you could complete the sale and then message Seller to see if shipping to a PO Box is possible via "Custom Shipping".
HOW TO SEARCH BY SELLER
To search by Seller name:
On the Home Page, enter Seller's name in the search bar and hit ENTER. All of the Seller's items will appear.
FILE SIZE TOO LARGE ERROR
If Seller receives this error, most likely Seller needs to decrease the picture's file size. Other issues that could trigger this error include: Device is out of RAM/storage, Clear browser/data history, Close all open apps on your phone.
